When to call us

Most of our engagements start from one of these situations:

  • The machine room grew by successive additions and nobody holds the full diagram any more.
  • Backups run, but no restore has ever been tested.
  • Wi-Fi drops at peak hours, or some areas have no coverage at all.
  • Power cuts cause hard shutdowns and data corruption.
  • A security incident occurred, or an audit raised gaps to close.
  • Growth or a move makes it necessary to rethink the whole setup.

In every case we start with an assessment: what exists, what holds up, what must be dealt with first. The goal is not to replace everything, but to know what genuinely deserves replacing.

What we deliver

Servers, storage and virtualization

  • Sizing and supply of servers and storage arrays
  • Virtualization and machine-room consolidation
  • Migration from the existing setup, without prolonged downtime

Networking

  • Structured cabling, patch racks and documented addressing plan
  • Enterprise Wi-Fi with a prior coverage survey
  • Multi-carrier links with automatic failover on outage
  • Network segmentation: business, guest and management traffic kept apart

Cybersecurity

  • Firewalls, web filtering and application control
  • Endpoint and server protection with centralised monitoring
  • Configuration hardening and patch management
  • Access control and privileged-account management

Continuity

  • Backup following the 3-2-1 rule, with tested restores
  • Documented recovery plan, with recovery-time and data-loss targets agreed with you
  • UPS, racks and cooling sized for the real load
  • Video surveillance and access control for technical rooms

How a project runs

Four stages, each with a deliverable: you always know where things stand.

  1. Assessment

Site survey, hardware inventory, configuration review and weak-point analysis. Deliverable: an audit report and a prioritised action plan.

    2 to 5 days

  2. Design and quote

Target architecture, equipment selected on your requirement and local spare-part availability, detailed line-by-line pricing.

    1 week

  3. Deployment

Bench preparation, installation scheduled outside working hours where needed, phased cutover and acceptance testing.

    scope-dependent

  4. Handover and follow-up

Documentation delivered, your teams trained, then a maintenance contract if you want one.

    at acceptance

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace everything?
Almost never. The audit separates what is end-of-life, what is undersized and what works perfectly well. The action plan is prioritised so you can spread the investment over several budget years.
How long is the outage during deployment?
We prepare as much as possible on the bench and schedule cutovers outside working hours. Interruptions are usually limited to short windows announced in advance. The exact window is agreed with you before the work starts.
Do you actually test restores?
Yes — that is what separates a backup from the illusion of one. We run a control restore at commissioning, then at regular intervals under the maintenance contract.
How do you handle power cuts?
We size the UPS on the measured real load, not on the nameplate rating of the equipment, and configure automatic clean shutdown of servers. That is what prevents data corruption during long outages.
Do you work on hardware you did not sell?
Yes. We regularly audit and then take over installations put in by third parties. The audit exists precisely to document what is there and define the exact scope we can stand behind.
