When to call us

The situations that lead organisations to hand us support:

  • Faults are handled case by case, with no traceability and no guaranteed turnaround.
  • The internal team spends its time firefighting instead of moving projects forward.
  • The current provider is no longer reachable, or deadlines are not met.
  • A critical activity runs at night or over the weekend, with no cover.
  • There is no reliable inventory of what is still under warranty and what is not.

We always start with an audit of the existing setup: it is the only way to define an honest scope and turnaround times we can genuinely meet.

Frequently asked questions

What does "24/7 support" actually mean?
That your request is acknowledged at any hour, then diagnosed and resolved remotely where possible. Restoration times and on-site intervention hours are set in the contract, by criticality level — that is where offers genuinely differ.
Do you take over infrastructure installed by someone else?
Yes, that is the most common case. The initial audit documents the installation and identifies what we can stand behind as-is, what must be reworked first, and what stays out of scope.
What happens if a part is not available locally?
We plan ahead by holding stock of critical parts for equipment under contract, and at selection time we favour ranges with reliable local supply. Where importing is unavoidable, the lead time is stated at diagnosis.
Does the contract cover software too?
Scope is defined case by case: operating systems, platforms we deployed, third-party applications. What is covered and what is not appears explicitly in the contract.
Can we start with an audit without committing?
Yes. The audit is a standalone engagement: you leave with the inventory, the list of weak points and a costed action plan, whether or not you hand us what follows.
