A scan comes out with a page upside down, a blank page in the middle, or in the wrong order.

Organiser shows every page, from one or several PDFs, as thumbnails.
Step by step

Drop one or several PDFs on Organiser.

Drag a page to move it; rotate it, delete it or extract a selection; double-click to see it full size; Annuler (Undo) reverses the last action.
